On the recommendation of a friend, I tried Himalayan for lunch today and had my "go to" meal when trying a new Indian restaurant - Curry Chicken & plain Naan bread. The service was friendly and pretty quick and the atmosphere was very nice. I ordered my curry with a heat level of 4 (out of 10) and that was just right to start with, enough to get the sinus' cleared without covering up the excellent flavors of the chicken & spices. The Naan was fresh and warm and the portions were perfect . . . nothing left to take home, barely! I'll definitely be back, and I'll be bringing friends with me!!

We have never been disappointed with our service or our food at the Himalayan Indian restaurant. Sapana takes excellent care of us. She knows our order before we even say it. The Tikka Masala is our go to meal. It is like Christmas in your mouth. The spices are excellent. The lunch buffet is wonderful because you get to try so many different items. We love taking friends to experience their cuisine. Thank you also for hosting my husband's 40th birthday. You all did a wonderful job!

Fantastic Indian tastes, if you like Curries and Tandori this is your restaurant in Casper! The spicy pickles are so good that you will want to go back just for them, not to mention the soft and silky Naan to accompany the meal. Go there, you will go back often. The lunch buffet is a great value with a very good selection of delectable food.

First experience at a Nepalese restaurant and we will be back! Sapna is very courteous and helpful for her American customers who need help deciphering the cuisine. Buffet for lunch was hot and fresh and from what other patrons spoke of, always on spot! Flavorful and robust, the food was very, very good!

We were traveling and stopped for lunch at Casper on a Saturday afternoon. I’m not an expert at Indian food but the food tasted very good. We had the buffet. It was about 12:30 pm. The buffet trays all had enough food. Not overflowing with food but plenty for us to have seconds. It might be better to order off the menu if you know what you want but since we are not very familiar with Indian food, the buffet was best for us. You have plenty of time to look at the buffet trays before you make your decision. I did not feel rushed even though the restaurant was full of people. We enjoyed our lunch.
